Alison Craig

Ali Craig is a director and creative-catalyst in nowhere. She is passionate about enabling leaders and teams to unlock their individual and collective potential – helping them to build their capability and achieve breakthroughs beyond what they imagined possible. She loves the strategic, creative and human challenge of designing elegant ways forward in complex, multi-player environments, that move beyond current challenges to find powerful, practical, and innovative ways into the future.

After obtaining a Ph.D. in chemistry from Imperial College, London, Ali began her career as a research scientist before a leadership secondment to HR unlocked her curiosity about developing great people and organisations. A succession of senior HR/OD positions followed, leading teams working with Executive leaders in a Global Agribusiness. Ali holds an MA in HR, and an MBA from London Business School – focusing her dissertations on exploring ‘whether and how you can manage and measure creativity and innovation’. Though still retaining her love for scientific discovery, she is now committed to bringing forward innovative ways of working to create more purposeful and productive workplaces.
