Ashvin Sharma is a creative catalyst in nowhere, enabling organisations to increase their capacity for productive work and healthy relationships. He is passionate about designing generative learning journeys where leaders work in creative combinations for sustainable delivery of strategic objectives. He is constantly exploring how to design organisational cultures and build bold learning interventions that equip all levels of an organisation to create a step change in their capabilities.
Following a degree in Politics and an MBA, Ashvin built a successful career in all aspects of HR with ICI and Zeneca. In the last 15 years he has been an Organisational Development leader working globally in large scale transformation change with a world-leading Agrochemical company, operating at CEO/Executive team level. He brings significant experience in global transformation design, change leadership, leader development practices, change practitioner training and building /leading global OD strategies/units. Recently he was the Director of OD for UCLH (a leading Hospital trust in the UK). He works with a core belief in creating conditions for success through respectful/creative relationships and growing organisational wide capability through well designed breakthroughs.
