Nicolás is a creative catalyst at nowhere. He is passionate about unlocking the potential of interpersonal communications to take team collaboration to the next level. He is convinced that many of the situations needing to be resolved in leadership and teams have a very strong root in the way we communicate.

In recent decades, Nicolás has worked in large corporations, leading multicultural teams in several Latin American countries, in areas such as Business Development, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Business Unit Management.

He specialises in business strategy, personal development and interpersonal communication. He combines an interesting experience in mastering strategic thinking with the personal, motivational aspects intrinsic to change management in transformation processes.
