Barbara Schur


Barbara has been a creative catalyst in nowhere since 2015. She is passionate about nurturing growth in the individual and the collective, building movement and flow for future challenges and strategic business needs. In designing co-created transformations, she strives for effectiveness and results. In doing so she is innovative in creating spaces for surprising experiences.

After completing a diploma in religious studies, Barbara worked as a director of studies for the episcopal ordinariate of Stuttgart. In 1996 she started work as an internal coach and business developer in an international automotive company. She became self-employed in 2000 and turned her focus to coaching and transformational development. Having trained in systemic organisational development, Barbara is also a Gestalt therapist and supervisor, and a dialogue facilitator based on the ideas of Bill Isaacs and David Bohm. She lives with her husband, daughter and dog in Bonn, Germany.
