RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you will be satisfied with your product/s purchased on our website, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 28 days of the despatch date. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange request if it does not comply with this policy.

We cannot refund or exchange made to order products.

Included in your original order will be a returns form. Please provide all relevant information including your reason for the return. This information will help us deal with your return as quickly as possible.

We advise all customers returning any goods to do so via a traceable method such as registered mail, as we cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Except in cases of damaged or faulty goods, customers are required to meet all expenses of returning goods.

Any funds being returned to you shall be done via your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We cannot offer exchanges for a completely different product. You will need to place a new order online for the desired item and use our returns form to obtain a refund for your unwanted item(s).

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

To change an order please contact customer services, quoting your order number. Please note, as we generally process and prepare your order for despatch immediately, you may not be able to change your order. Instead please follow our returns process.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel the contract for purchase you have made with the nowhere group ltd, at any point from the time of ordering until delivery by contacting a member of our team. If you wish to cancel the contract of purchase after delivery this will be dealt with as a return.
