Past projects

Below is a timeline of some of the Foundation's projects and programmes.

2000

  • Founded as the not-for-profit research and innovation arm of nowhere

2001

  • Ran the first organisational constellations workshops in the UK
  • Began an organisational constellations training programme for leaders and consultants

2002

  • Received funding from the River Rock Foundation to research and design new approaches that could provide support for primary head teachers facing difficulties
  • Received funding from SITA Environmental Trust for a project called From Waste to Wisdom to awaken the power of design in environmental responsibility

2003

  • Piloted an approach in the use of constellations in Peer Mentoring for Year 11 & 12's in a secondary school in Cambridge
  • Received government funding to explore systemic approaches to teaching and learning in primary school classrooms

2004

  • Began developing and supporting Moving Constellations family and personal workshops
  • Launched the first year long Community of Learning, Practice and Innovation in Organisational Constellations
  • Scoped a global project called From a Blank Sheet of Paper... a co-creative adventure to redesign a global blueprint for the future of education

2005

  • Launched 'creAte': a method of systemic leadership coaching in organisations
  • Created CSISS, an initiative in designing and delivering training in family constellations

2006

  • Developed an approach to systemic consulting to organisations with an initial focus on the flow of leadership
  • The enhancing children's learning initiative (ecl) developed further in primary schools with more government funding

2007

  • Instigated the birth of the nowhere academy by bringing leadership and coaching together
  • Supported the TDA Parenting Support Adviser project and the Centre for Leadership in local government's Leadership of Place project
  • Began a government sponsored 'Next Practice' project to take systemic and creative practices into secondary education

2008

  • ecl classroom learning tools designed and piloted
  • An ecl web-based distance learning QUEST process developed and tested
  • Second round of ecl projects began in secondary schools including Peer Mentoring
