DELIVERY POLICY

UK SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The shipping and delivery expenses are to be borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated in the online store.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of payment. The majority of UK mainland deliveries will arrive within one working day. We do, however, ask you to allow up to five working days for delivery of your order. If for any reason we anticipate a delay of more than five working days you will be contacted by a member of our team.

We do not currently offer a guaranteed Next Day or Saturday UK delivery.

For security and speed of orders, all products, except single book orders, are shipped using DHL. Deliveries will require a signature. For this reason we are unable to deliver goods to PO Boxes.

Single book orders are despatched using first class Royal Mail.

We are happy to deliver your goods to a location that is different to your billing address. To do this, simply enter the delivery address you require on the delivery page of the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Deliveries should be received with 5-7 working days, but we ask you to allow up to 10 working days in the event of international customs procedures.

When ordering goods outside of the European Union (EU) you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Please note that when ordering from our website you are considered the 'importer of record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. All prices include VAT as applicable, and our VAT number is 791603128.
