My life as a quest
I started my journey researching my PhD in leadership and the creative process, exploring the conditions that release the creative potential of groups. I went on to look at the subtle,invisible dynamics that can constrain individuals, teams and organisations through the use of organisational constellation. This brings a focus on the relationship between the elements of an organisation, as a system, which can be aligned to create the optimal conditions for the whole. I have worked with leaders across a range of sectors, developing their awareness of their mindsets, stories and habitual energetic patterns that shape and constrain their ability to be present in the moment, whilst using the power of the imagination for purposeful next steps.
