Henley Innovation Praxium

There is a fundamental transformation of business underway which is altering the very nature of organisations and their purpose in the world. Consciousness, creativity and innovation are emerging as the key sources and resources of competitive advantage ... yet little is known about them as organisational phenomena.

We know that they don't emerge in isolation but are highly interconnected and interdependent. We also know that the challenge for next generation leaders is to consciously build cultures that inspire their people to step in the unknown, while supporting them to ride both the highs and lows of the creative process.

One of the first steps to building a culture of innovation is to learn to see an organisation as a dynamic ecology of creative relationships and interdependencies - both within and beyond its organisational boundaries. Knowing how to unlock the creative potential that exists between any and all of this interdependencies is the key - whether that is: the space between leaders or members of a team; between teams, departments and businesses; between customers and suppliers; between our products and services; between our purpose and our brand; between today and tomorrow; or, between an organisation and its wider eco-system of current and future stakeholders.

The Innovation Praxium is both an experiential research lab and innovation accelerator. A unique fusion and joint venture between Henley Business School & nowhere, the Praxium combines world-class expertise in research and learning programmes on the one hand, with a world-class practice for catalysing creative breakthrough and building cultures of innovation on the other.

The Praxium therefore offers a range of programmes, workshops and short courses. Its purpose is to help organisations develop the capacity to build and lead Cultures of Innovation, thereby establishing a purposeful and vital container in which creativity can flourish and a wide range of innovations can emerge.
